This package is designed for women who are seeking healthy, sustainable weight loss while building a balanced and grace-filled relationship with food.
Rather than focusing on strict dieting or unrealistic expectations, this coaching approach emphasizes habit change, proper nourishment, and understanding how your body responds to food.
During our session, we will talk through your current nutrition habits, challenges, and goals. Together, we’ll develop a simple structure that supports weight management while still allowing flexibility and sustainability.
You will also receive accountability and support to help you stay encouraged and consistent as you work toward your goals.
This package includes:
• One 60-minute personalized nutrition coaching session
• Guidance on portion balance and meal structure
• Strategies for managing hunger, cravings, and daily nutrition habits
• Simple meal structure examples to support balanced eating
• Weekly check-ins for 4 weeks for accountability and encouragement
