All service payments are non-refundable.
Due to the time, planning, and creative work involved, once a service has been purchased or a project has begun, refunds will not be issued.
If you are on a monthly service plan, you may cancel future services with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be given for services already rendered or partially completed.

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at KingdomMediaco@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or make it right. Please allow 5–10 business days for replacement items to be processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
